MULTILINGUAL HELPLINE
Giving you peace of mind that multilingual help and information are at hand, no matter what the time zone or destination may be.
When you require emergency language assistance text the words HELP and the language required e.g. (HELP SPANISH to the number provided to you in your email) and we’ll call straight back and speak the language for you.
This service will be invaluable when requiring language assistance to communicate with either the police, fire, hospital, dentist or ambulance services. This will also include: lost or stolen passports/credit cards, lost child and will extend to coastguards, mountain rescue and other services at our discretion.
Your Free Destination Assist Membership entitles you to Unlimited Multilingual Assistance subject to our Fair Usage Policy. You are not charged for the call by Millionaire Holidays when you need emergency help with language assistance. However your service provider may charge and we would recommend you check prior to departure.

If it’s information you need, just text us your request and we’ll reply with the details. When information isn’t readily available simply text us your request e.g. I need a number for a taxi firm in Cadiz, Spain OR directions to the nearest chemist to The Costa Adeje Gran hotel in Tenerife and we’ll send you the information you need. Try to be be as specific as possible when requesting information so that we can provide you the accurate information.
We class an information text message as requesting information for the following: address details or contact details for restaurants, taxis, local pharmacy, dentist, train times, exchange rates, etc.
Wherever you are, whatever you need, whenever you need it, our team of experts and native language speakers are only a text message away.
Your Free Destination Assist Membership entitles you to Three Information Texts. Any further text information is subject to our Fair Usage Policy. All text messages are charged at your standard network rate. Your network provider’s roaming charges will apply and we would recommend you check prior to departure.

You will be provided our Destination Assist Emergency Helpline Number. Its a Landline number. Our customer service partners will be available 24 hours a day to help you in Emergency Situations. This service is meant to provide you with Extra Peace of Mind that we are available at the end of the phone in any extreme situations eg. natural disaster or unexpected circumstances.
Your Free Destination Assist Membership entitles you to unlimited Emergency Assistance subject to our Fair Usage Policy. You are not charged for the call by Millionaire Holidays but the calls will be subject to your network provider’s roaming charges.
