We are a member of the travel trust association (tta). The tta is the only uk travel industry trade body whose membership provides 100% financial security to a customer, giving your customers complete peace of mind.
Tta membership ensures 100% of all travel related products, purchased from a tta member, are financially protected. That means flight based packages and accommodation only holidays are both covered. When holiday is booked with the business money is directly deposited into a trust account. A trust account is a bank account - a joint account with an appointed trustee.
Unique safe seat insurance plan is included as standard for all bookings made with the business. It’s an insurance plan provided by fidelity insurance and therefore, in an unlikely event of insolvency or dishonesty or fraud, if the funds are not held in the trust account, travel trust association will administer a claim and will liaise with the suppliers to ensure that customer's holiday goes ahead unaffected.
Atol is a protection scheme for air holidays and flights managed by the civil aviation authority ("caa"). Caa recommends that all travel agents selling flights and accommodation together should hold atol licence; however, there is a loop hole in this scheme that some travel agents process flight and hotel bookings as separate transactions. Rather than taking this shortcut the business holds atol licence providing complete peace of mind for your customers.
The business is committed to value, choice and flexibility. Customers can use the business to book packages from all the leading uk tour operators eg thomas cook, thomson, virgin holidays, etc. Alternatively, they can dynamically create their own tailor-made holiday and complete booking online.

Whilst clients are on holiday, destination assist provides them with three forms of assistance - multilingual helpline, information texts and emergency helpline.
Multilingual helpline
Giving peace of mind that multilingual help and information are at hand, no matter what the time zone or destination may be.
When clients require emergency language assistance text the words help and the language required e.g. (help spanish to the number provided to you in your email) and we’ll call straight back and speak the language for them.
This service will be invaluable when requiring language assistance to communicate with either the police, fire, hospital, dentist or ambulance services. This will also include: lost or stolen passports/credit cards, lost child and will extend to coastguards, mountain rescue and other services at discretion.
Or texts requesting information
If it’s information that clients need, they text us the request and we’ll reply with the details. When information isn’t readily available simply text us request e.g. I need a number for a taxi firm in cadiz, spain or directions to the nearest chemist to the costa adeje gran hotel in tenerife and we’ll send the information.
We class an information text message as requesting information for the following: address details or contact details for restaurants, taxis, local pharmacy, dentist, train times, exchange rates, etc.
