Price Match Guarantee
Package holiday reservations booked through Millionaire Holidays are guaranteed to be the lowest rate you can find. If there is a lower rate available for the same dates and the same package within 24 hours of your booking, you must contact us. After verifying the lower rate, we will, at our choice, either match the lower rate or cancel the reservation without a cancellation fee. This guarantee only applies to Package Holidays. It does not apply to Flights, Hotels and Tailor made flight and hotel combinations. To learn more or to claim a guarantee, read below.
Conditions
The Package holiday must be the following:
• Available on the same departure date, time, same duration and number of people in your party.
• Staying at the same accommodation, same room type and same board basis.
• Departing from the same UK port (Eurotunnel or ferry)
• Be offered from an ABTA/TTA tour operator holding an ATOL license
Be available to book online and website should provide contact number to confirm the price.
This guarantee applies to packages only, not accommodation only or flight only.
FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions
1. "What are the requirements for claiming the Price Match Guarantee?"
You must have already booked a Package Holiday through Millionaire Holidays.
The completed Price Guarantee Form must be submitted within 24 hours of the booking.
The lower rate must be available for booking with identical specifications of the original request (ex: same Package, same date and same room type).
2. "What is difference between Package Holiday and a Tailormade Holiday?"
Package Holiday is when ATOL bonded tour operator (eg. Thomas cook, Thomson, etc) is selling a pre-packaged holiday arrangements i.e.combination of flight and accommodation is fixed. A Tailormade holiday is when you choose a flight & a hotel and make your own tailormade holiday. Tailormade holidays can fall outside the remit of ATOL as some travel agents process these transactions as two separate transactions and you may be not covered by ATOL. For your complete peace of mind, Millionaire Holidays holds ATOL licence and even your tailormade travel arrangements are offered protection with the arrangements between ATOL (CAA) and TTA. For the very nature of the Tailormade holiday, we cannot offer Price Match Guarantee on the Tailormade holiday arrangements.

4. "When can I expect to receive a response?"
We will respond via email or telephone provided at the time of booking within 48 hours.
5. “Am I still entitled to Destination Assist Service from Millionaire Holidays?”
Destination Assist is a service provided by Millionaire Holidays as a Standard with every booking made with us. If we match the lower rate you will still be entitled to Destination Assist Service. However if we decide to cancel your reservation, you will not be entitled to Destination Assist service. Decision to cancel without cancellation fee will be sole discretion of Millionaire Holidays Limited.
